- Plastics —Plastic bottles, jugs & containers

Fibre
- Papers, newspapers, books, magazines — Bundled up, or in a paper bag
- Cardboard — Flattened & tied in bundles 24in x 18in x 6in
- Boxboard — Remove plastic liners from cereal boxes; Flattened and bundled up.
Unacceptable to Recycle:
- Items that are larger than a blue box
- Aerosol cans
- Scrap metal — Tire rims, kitchen sinks, taps, BBQ, mailbox
- Plastic shopping bags
- Glass — Drinking glasses, dishes, cups, window glass, mirrors, light bulbs, crystal, pottery, glass pots & pans, make-up jars.
- Plastic — Dish pails, toys, make-up jars
- Batteries

- Paper — Tissues, waxed paper, wrapping paper, foil gift wrap
- Styrofoam
- Containers used for motor oils, solvents, caustic chemicals, industrial cleansers, pesticide & herbicide
