Notice of Intention to Amend Fees and Charges Bylaw – Aquatics Fees

Please be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey intends to adopt an amendment to Fees and Charges Bylaw 2025-065, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25. 

The amendment to the Fees and Charges Bylaw will amend Schedule H as follows:

• Parent and Tot 1 (4-12M) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)
• Parent and Tot 2 (12-14M) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)
• Parent and Tot 3 (24-36M) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)
• Preschool A (3-5Y) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)
• Preschool B (3-5Y) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)
• Preschool C (3-5Y) from $65.00 per 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions) to $68.25 30 min/ 10 Days (9 Sessions)

The meeting at which the bylaw will be presented will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in West Grey Council Chambers, 402813 Grey Road 4, Durham, ON.

Notice is being provided in accordance with Notice Bylaw 2023-020. If the matter is postponed or considered at a subsequent council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent council agenda.
