Finance and Taxes

The Municipality's Finance Department is responsible for:

  • Preparing the annual operating and capital budgets for Council approval;
  • Financial reporting;
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Tax collection and administration;
  • Water and sewer billing;
  • Processing of Tile Drainage Loan applications; and,
  • Preparing financial reporting to the Province, including the Asset Management Plan and Financial Information Return.
