Fees and Charges
Our rental rates are set in the Fees and Charges Bylaw, and are subject to change pending Council approval.
The Municipality of West Grey offers excellent arenas and facilities available for event rentals, including practices, games, tournaments, family gatherings, corporate events, and more!

Durham Community Centre and Arena
The Durham Community Centre is a large recreation complex centered around a regulation ice surface. The arena is perfect for tournaments with stadium style seating, a warming room, board room and many dressing rooms. This facility also boasts a large banquet hall with small stage, AV equipment, coat room, catering kitchen and bar ready to host your next event.
Just outside the Durham Community Centre, there is a community garden, outdoor pavilion area, three ball diamonds and two playgrounds with outdoor bathrooms and various picnic areas.
Hall capacity: 400 people
Arena floor capacity: 1,000 people

Normanby Community Centre and Arena
The Normanby Arena Complex is a rural community centre with a full-sized ice rink. When ice is not in the facility, the arena floor hosts various sports such as lacrosse and ball hockey. This facility has a large banquet hall with small stage, coat room, catering kitchen, and bar ready to host your next event.

Neustadt Community Centre and Arena
The Neustadt Community Centre and Arena is a dryland facility perfect for lacrosse, floor hockey, and even roller blading. The facility has four dressing rooms and bathrooms with attached ball diamond, playground and concessions stand.
