Neustadt Craft Show

Celebrate spring with a day of creativity, inspiration, and community. Join us and our vendors who will attend with unique handmade crafts, hobbies, home décor, gifts, and much more. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

• First Saturday in November 

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: 210 Forler Street, Neustadt, Ontario
General Admission: $2.00 per person (cash only)

Vendor Registration Changes 

Vendor registration for the 2026 Neustadt Spring Craft Show has been updated. Please review the following important information before applying.

• Juried Event: The Spring Craft Show will operate as a juried event to prioritize handcrafted and handmade goods. Vendors selling multi-level marketing (MLM) products will be considered only after all vendor spaces have been filled.
• New Application Requirements: Vendors must complete both a vendor application form and a terms and conditions form.
• Product Disclosure: Applicants are required to list the products they intend to sell and submit photos as part of the application process. This information will help staff create a balanced vendor mix and improve the overall layout of the event.

Application Period

• Applications for the Spring 2026 Craft Show will be accepted Monday February 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
• Applications submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
• Incomplete applications or applications missing signed terms and conditions will not be considered.

Selection Process: Vendor decisions will be made approximately two weeks after the application period closes.

Booth Information

• Spring Show: Requests for double booths may be considered if space permits and only after all accepted vendors have been assigned a single booth.
• Fall Show: Double booths will not be permitted.

Vendors can fill out our online application form during the application period or you can download the Neustadt Craft Show Application and Terms and Conditions and email it to recreation@westgrey.com or you can submit in person at the Municipal Office. Paper copies of the application form and terms and conditions form will be available at the Municipal Office (402813 Grey Road 4, Durham).
