When voting in the 2026 Municipal Election for the Municipality of West Grey, take your time and carefully listen to or read each instruction. There is no need to rush. Make sure you understand each step before proceeding.

Important: Once you confirm or submit your ballot, your vote is final. You cannot change or withdraw your selections after confirmation, and election staff cannot reverse your ballot. Voting by Telephone

• Listen carefully to each prompt before pressing a number or entering information.
• At the beginning of the call, the system will ask you to press a number to indicate whether you wish to proceed with voting or decline to vote.
• When entering your date of birth, follow the prompts and enter each part separately, using the numbers on your telephone keypad.
• The system will ask for your year, month, and day, in that order. Press the # key after entering each part.

Example: If your birthday is January 31, 1999, enter:

1999# 01# 31#
