Notice of intention to pass fees and charges bylaw and repeal bylaw 2023-064

Please be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey intends to adopt the proposed 2023 fees and charges bylaw, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.

The bylaw will replace Fees and Charges Bylaw 2023-064 and will incorporate multiple staff recommendations from staff.

2025 Draft Fees and Charges Review

The meeting at which the bylaw will be presented will take place at 9 a.m. on Tuesday August 12, 2025, in the Council Chambers at the West Grey municipal office located at 402813 Grey Road 4, Durham, ON N0G 1R0.

Once passed, the new fees and charges bylaw will come into effect on September 1, 2025.

Notice is being provided in accordance with Notice Bylaw 2023-020. If the matter is postponed or considered at a subsequent council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent council agenda.
