About the Public Meeting

The Municipality of West Grey is undertaking a review and amending it’s current Zoning Bylaw to allow detached additional dwelling units in residential zones, to reduce minimum floor area requirements for dwellings, to rezone all R1B properties to R2, and to allow the Natural Environment zone to be used in the calculation of minimum lot area.

Review the Draft Bylaw and Proposed Changes

West Grey staff have prepared a draft version of bylaw that will address the proposed changes noted above. We invite you to share your feedback on the proposed changes and draft version of the bylaw, which are available on the Municipality of West Grey’s Active Planning Applications webpage at westgrey.com/planningapplications

Attend the Public Meeting

You are invited to attend the Public Meeting to ask questions and provide comments about the proposed changes and draft bylaw in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act. Feedback gathered at this meeting will help to inform the final housekeeping bylaw.
