The Community Survey is an important part of the engagement process and provides an opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts. The survey was open from Wednesday, May 20, 2026, until Friday, July 17, 2026.

The Municipality of West Grey is developing a 10-year Recreation Master Plan to guide the future of parks, facilities, programs, and services across our community. This plan will help ensure that recreation opportunities continue to meet the needs of residents of all ages, now and into the future.
We are inviting residents, user groups, and community stakeholders to share their input and help shape the direction of recreation in West Grey.
Focus groups will be held to gather more detailed input from user groups, volunteers, and community members.
Locations
Sessions will take place in:
- Durham
- Ayton
- Neustadt
- Elmwood
Timing
- Early June 2026
- Combination of daytime and evening sessions
- Multiple dates available in each area
Participants will be invited to attend a session that works best for their schedule. RSVP details will be shared in advance.
Open houses were held in each settlement area to provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the project and share feedback.
