Recreation Master Plan

The Municipality of West Grey is developing a 10-year Recreation Master Plan to guide the future of parks, facilities, programs, and services across our community. This plan will help ensure that recreation opportunities continue to meet the needs of residents of all ages, now and into the future.

We are inviting residents, user groups, and community stakeholders to share their input and help shape the direction of recreation in West Grey.

The Community Survey is an important part of the engagement process and provides an opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts.

Survey opens: Wednesday, May 13, 2026
Survey closes: Tuesday, June 23, 2026

How to Participate

  • Complete the survey online (link available *****)
  • Pick up a paper copy at the Municipal Office
  • Visit local libraries and arenas for printed copies

The survey will include a mix of multiple choice, select-all-that-apply, and rating scale questions to gather feedback on current services, future needs, and priorities.

Focus groups will be held to gather more detailed input from user groups, volunteers, and community members.
