Bylaw Enforcement

Bylaw Enforcement Officers help inform people of the rules and also respond to complaints in accordance with the West Grey's Bylaw Enforcement Policy. Bylaws are enforced by West Grey's contracted Bylaw Enforcement Officer. The Bylaw Enforcement Officer investigates all complaints about bylaw violations, ensures compliance, lays charges where appropriate, and answers questions about bylaws and bylaw processes.
