WEST GREY – Deputy Fire Chief Shawn Edwards is calling on all residents of West Grey to test their smoke alarms on September 28 as part of Test Your Smoke Alarm Day. Be prepared to be Saved by the Beep with a working smoke alarm – it is your best chance to keep you and your family safe in the event of a fire.
West Grey is joining communities across Ontario on September 28 by asking everyone to take a minute and to ensure that there are working smoke alarms installed in their home.

place in Durham, and this process will take place until the end of October.

Please be advised of West Grey's Emergency closure of Bridge N-056.
Bridge N-056 in Normanby on Concession 16 between Sideroad 25 and Baseline will be closed until further notice.
